Warranty Claim

Any warranty services or claims must be accompanied by the purchase receipt along with the Octronz warranty card. Contact your retailer for warranty claims.

Warranty Duration

The warranty covers the Octronz bicycle frame for 3 years from the original date of purchase reflected in your purchase receipt. There will be no extension to the warranty period.

Warranty Coverage

During the warranty period, the appointed service centre will repair or replace the components at its sole discretion, if it is covered under this warranty. If the components are no longer available, Octronz will provide an appropriate replacement. Octronz will determine, at its sole discretion, what constitutes an appropriate replacement.

The warranty does not cover the following:

• Adjustments, maintenance or tuning
• Cosmetic conditions such as paint, scratches, rust or corrosion
• Accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration or act of god
• Damage caused by installation of components or accessories
• Normal wear and tear or caused by impact

The warranty will be voided if the bicycle or components were altered. The warranty does not cover bicycles sold unassembled or partially assembled, as well as accessories attached to the bicycle.

Safety Service Coverage

Within the 6 months period, the appointed service centre will perform up to one free Safety Service.

The Safety Service covers the following:

• Gear tuning
• Brakes tuning
• Pedals tightening
• Saddle height adjustment
• Drivetrain lubrication
• Tyre pressure check and pump

The Safety Service does not cover the following:

• Replacement of worn out parts
• Repair of damaged parts
• Bleeding of hydraulic brakes
• Washing of bicycle
• Truing of bicycle wheel and any other services not mentioned in the coverage above
